Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) - Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Bring Your Skills If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day.
* 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance * Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, minor construction, plumbing, and electrical work * Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement * Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects * Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance * Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities.
