Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing controls or automation projects
Strong background in industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, AutoCAD, etc.)
Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and project teams
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Experience with RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk, or similar software a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects from planning to commissioning
Lead and mentor project engineers and technical staff
Prepare and track project budgets, resources, and timelines
Interface directly with clients to review progress and resolve issues
Manage change orders, quotes, and scope modifications

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
