Position Overview

The Banquet, Special Event Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for banquet and event services. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for high-quality cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in a high-volume hotel, resort, or convention center kitchen.

Qualifications

5–7 years of banquet or high-volume culinary experience

Experience in a hotel, resort, or convention center property required

Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh ingredients and quality execution
