Job Description

Job DescriptionAs the Field Lead, you will manage daily field activities, coordinate with subcontractors and crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain project schedules. You will serve as the key on-site point of contact, resolving issues proactively and driving project success. Proven experience in concrete construction and field management.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
