Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an open position in the healthcare sector. The role requires a variety of certifications and health screenings to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

Complete necessary certifications and health screenings, including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, and Influenza Vaccine.

Fill out various professional forms including the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Disclosure.

Participate in competency testing and skills checklist to demonstrate required expertise.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active License/Certificate Verification.

Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form completion.

Background check and education verification.
