Description:

Assist in the development of effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in the companys customer service activities and procedures as they relate to VIP automotive accounts. Review current customer service and customer engagement operations and gather and analyze information regarding VIP automotive client demographics, preferences, service requirements and shipping trends in order to provide insight into customer needs and preferences. Assist in planning studies of customer engagement initiatives and perform customer research to assist in developing strategically effective and relevant operational and management methodology to ensure the company remains customer driven. Prepare quantitative operational analysis of data and draft operational forecasts to assess impact of market developments on customer satisfaction. Based on analysis, recommend changes in operational management in order to assist with policy formation and provide strategic guidance to management.

Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration or related.

Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as marketing analyst, business development analyst, or related. Related experience must be in the U.S. container carrying industry and include experience in forecasting impact of market events on international container carrying operations.
