Overview

Columbus Sign Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through custom signage, graphics, and branded environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for creative, design-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, institutional, and sports markets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, architects, general contractors, and design teams.

Develop and present proposals, quotes, and design concepts in collaboration with the project management and design departments.

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and initial meetings through contract negotiation and project handoff.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to expand brand visibility.

Maintain accurate records in CRM software

Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to strategically position the company’s services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, construction, design/build, or related industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
