Lead, coach, and develop outbound sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call monitoring, and performance reviews to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.
Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvement plans.
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective sales strategies and incentive programs.
Oversee day-to-day outbound operations and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Partner with Training and Quality teams to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
Provide consistent feedback and mentoring to team leaders and agents to improve productivity and motivation.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Promote a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
4–7 years of outbound sales experience in a BPO, telesales, or call center environment, including at least 2 years in a coaching or managerial role
With Sales Leadership and coaching experience is an advantage
Amenable to work onsite in Tarlac
