Are you someone who always keeps a clear overview, even when things get busy? Do you effortlessly extract the right data from systems and think in terms of processes? For the implementation of a new, leading client in the fashion industry, we’re looking for a Control Room Specialist who’s ready for the next step.

You get it done

As a control room specialist, you’re responsible for starting up, monitoring, managing, and shutting down the production processes in our automated warehouse: you’re on it.

How you do this? You take the lead from the control room: a high-tech office filled with screens and systems. Here, you continuously monitor operational performance. You detect anomalies, anticipate disruptions, and ensure daily targets are met. If something goes wrong, you know exactly how and when to act or escalate.

You’ll be working in a close-knit team within a new but crucial department that is continuously evolving. With your experience and sharp eye for improvement, you contribute daily to the success of our operation. You achieve this by:

resolving first-line issues and identifying process improvements;

communicating with operations about process flow status, changes, and required steering, and providing input for updates to various stakeholders;

controlling and monitoring process progress.

Your team stands out within DSV thanks to the specialist knowledge of each member and its international character. The team is new, and the atmosphere is incredibly collegial. You’ll be working in a two-shift rota, with occasional weekend shifts in mutual agreement.

You bring

proven solid knowledge of logistics and automated warehouses, gained as for example troubleshooter;

the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment, maintaining an overview and always setting the right priorities;

a good command of the English language and familiarity with various software systems.
