The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Website Coordinator to be a core part of our website operations team. This is a critical website execution position focused on ensuring the technological stack for all our client partner websites operates equally, efficiently, and consistently. You will not be a core developer, but the execution expert who ensures our technology standards are maintained and optimized across our entire portfolio of sites.

This is a 100% remote position.

What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

The Website Coordinator is responsible for the development, testing, maintenance, and optimization of the client partner websites. This includes helping to define project scopes, setting deadlines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects run smoothly and launch on time. Once launched, you'll be responsible for supporting service for website clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize the client partners websites during initial development and retention phases.

Create new pages and update existing pages as needed on single partner sites or across the entire portfolio.

Ensure that website content is accurate and up-to-date.

Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues.

Implementing and identifying best SEO practices that can be developed across multiple platforms easily and efficiently.

Regularly test functionality of websites & report any errors.

Implement best practices for website security & privacy compliance. Day-to-Day Tasks & Duties

You will be the point person for all execution-level website maintenance and management:

Update and manage client domains and host records.

Launch and change host records.

Manage hosting and server environment with agency vendors.

Create website environments for clients based on briefs provided by website creative director.

Provide technical support for client websites.

Update, change, and create pages utilizing WordPress website page builder.

Update, change, and tweak WordPress theme and environment.

Update, change, and manage WooCommerce environment. Expectations & Cross-Functional Work

The ideal candidate will excel at execution, consistency, and continuous learning:

Completing assigned work and tasks within the due dates identified within the agency workflow software.

Following best practices and how-to steps established by the Chief Technology Officer to ensure technology consistency.

Continue to build a knowledge base and tech stack knowledge that benefits the effectiveness of the job and the agency.

You will work closely with the Website Creative Director and Premier Strategy team to ensure that content needs for product catalogs, promotional marketing materials, and necessary integrations for analytics are properly install1ed.

You will collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to ensure technology stacks on client partner websites are operating efficiently and that new product stacks are implemented in a timely and efficient manner. What You Bring: Requirements

Proven experience managing websites for at least 2 years.

Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery & other web technologies.

Experience with SEO & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple website environments (preferably WordPress). Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $55,000 - $62,500
