Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated bilingual (English & Spanish strongly preferred) automotive sales representative to greet customers, guide them through our vehicle inventory, demonstrate features, arrange test drives, and follow up with leads. You will build long-term relationships and maintain product knowledge and finance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyles and budgets.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and explain financing and warranty options.

• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and special programs.

• Follow up with leads from our website, calls, and walk-ins.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain records.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus).

• Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred; able to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Valid driver’s license and clean record; ability to work full-time with flexible hours (including evenings and Saturdays).
