Key Responsibilities and Duties
Accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, efficiency.
Hire, train, develop team members, leading and inspiring to achieve full potential.
Create an empowering environment where team delivers genuine hospitality.
Effectively address employee relations issues.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Drive guest satisfaction and deliver Charleys signature service.
Manage inventory levels to increase sales volume and reduce waste.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, P&L statements, ensuring profitability.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsible for fund reconciliation and inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Two years of experience in a management or leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment.
Ability to lead effectively in a fast?paced setting.
Self?take accountability; admit mistakes and take action to improve.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication with all organizational levels.
Physical stamina able to stand 8 hours, lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs.
Valid Drivers License.
