The Mid-Market Account Management team is a sales team that is part of the Small Medium Business Group.
This team is focused on helping small and medium sized businesses grow by optimizing their advertising across Meta’s family of apps and services.Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta through marketing consultation, sales, education and supports.
The Account Manager role requires demonstrated consultative sales and client service skills, a willingness to experiment, the capacity to thrive in a team-focused environment.
This role is a quota-carrying role and requires a passion and interest for Sales and consumer marketing.

Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs
Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
Become an expert in Meta’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies
Develop and implement programs to improve the client experience
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
Build proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta Identity
Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
Exhibit curiosity, actively self teaching and seeking input from others
Qualification and experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting
Proven communication and presentation skills
Experience growing revenue and client relationships
Experience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to organization business and product objectives
BA/BS degree
Proven technical and analytical skills
