Join Our Team as a Converting Operator - Tier One!

Location: Elkhorn, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM

Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for a motivated and dependable Converting Operator to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of converting machines, ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Your day-to-day will include:

Operating machinery with safety and precision

Inspecting products to prevent defects and minimize waste

Meeting production goals and maintaining accurate records

Packing, palletizing, and labeling finished goods

Performing quality audits and participating in 5S initiatives

Supporting your team and assisting coworkers when needed

What We're Looking For:

We value team players who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting

Basic computer and math skills

Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods

Willingness to work overtime when needed

A dependable mode of transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

3 years of consistent work history
