Salt is proud to partner with a leading global technology company in search of a Marketing Operations & Communications Lead to join their world-class marketing team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving cross-functional alignment, executing complex marketing initiatives, and crafting impactful communications that enhance global partner relationships. You'll combine creativity with operational excellence to bring clarity, consistency, and collaboration to every project.
What You'll Do:
Manage project timelines and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver marketing assets on time.
Develop and oversee partner communications, including Keynote updates, newsletters, and email briefings.
Support planning and execution of global partner events in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Manage the global partner screener site with the video operations team, ensuring timely distribution of titles to partners worldwide.
Handle ongoing marketing budget management - including monthly forecasts, PO creation, and invoice tracking.
Foster strong relationships across teams to unlock new opportunities for partner engagement.
Influence leadership and stakeholders through structured thinking and clear, strategic communication. Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in marketing, partner communications, or operations - ideally within entertainment, media, or tech industries.
A collaborative communicator who can build alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Skilled at managing projects end-to-end, from briefing to execution.
Strategic thinker who can simplify complex information into clear and engaging narratives.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to navigate ambiguity with creativity and empathy.
Strong presentation skills, including experience building Keynote decks.
Partner-facing experience is a plus.
