Packer Operator- Night Shift

Debbie's Staffing is recruiting for Packer Operator Associates for our client located in Kannapolis, NC!

Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am on a 2,2,3 schedule.

Pay: $19.00/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!

Essential Functions:

Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.

Monitors and inspects the flow of cases to identify and detect defective packaging.

Operators must ensure the proper set- up of their equipment and processes.

Achieve Quality metrics.

Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.

Fills out required paperwork accurately.

Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Adhere to company Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs).

Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, Allergen, sanitation standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.

Operators will be accountable for Safety, Quality, and Service in their area of responsibility.

Uphold the Plant Vision and Code of Conduct.

Other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.

1 years' experience with production equipment and processes preferred.

Must have attention to detail, and work well with other departments and individuals.

Ability to bend, kneel, climb steps, and stand for long periods of time.

Must be reliable and dependable.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to work in cold/hot, wet and noisy conditions.
