Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets.
Monitor inventory levels, place vendor orders, and control food/beverage costs.
Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce company policies, health department regulations, and safety standards.
Drive sales growth through excellent operations and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous management experience in a quick service or fast casual restaurant (2+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and cash handling.
ServSafe certification (not required but recommended).
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
