Position Overview:

The Sandblaster is responsible for using an air powered tool used to blast and remove excess material, primarily ceramic, from recently molded parts. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a steady hand, as parts can be thin/delicate. Work is completed in a regulated industry and environment with rigorous quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Load parts into sandblasting machine

Secure part in a fixture based on work instructions

Precise removal of excess materials

Visual inspection to confirm no material is left

Accurate and timely completion of quality and production control documentation

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED required (including physical proof)

12+ months of Industrial/Manufacturing experience highly preferred

Ability to follow detailed work instructions consistently

Willingness to work mandatory overtime as assigned
