Girls Head Soccer Coach - Millard High School. Millard School District is accepting applications for the position of Head Girls Soccer Coach at Millard High School. The Head Soccer Coach is responsible for coaching student athletes in techniques and performance to prepare them for competition, and to motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation for the sport. The Head Coach is a liaison for related youth programs. The Head Coach is responsible for program budgets, expenditures, and fundraising efforts and for coordinating these efforts with the administration and finance office. Additional duties include off-season activities like camps, and summer season preparation.

Qualifications

• Must meet UHSAA coaching certification standards, or be willing to obtain certification prior to the start of the season.

• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.

• Previous coaching experience preferred (0-2 years or more).

Responsibilities

• Coach student-athletes in game strategies, techniques, and conditioning.

• Motivate and mentor student-athletes to develop strong character, work ethic, and appreciation for the sport.

• Serve as a liaison for related youth and feeder programs to strengthen player development.

• Manage program budgets, expenditures, and fundraising efforts in coordination with school administration and the district finance office.

• Plan and oversee off-season activities including camps, strength and conditioning sessions, and summer preparation.

• Ensure compliance with UHSAA and Millard School District policies and guidelines.
