Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the management of third-party (3P) assets within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end process of gathering, validating, and publishing 3P imagery and product assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and launch timelines.

Responsibilities:

Validate product and campaign imagery to ensure compliance with brand and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect product information and source documentation.

Rename, organize, and maintain digital assets for efficient access and retrieval.

Coordinate with merchant partners on asset requests and ensure timely delivery.

Follow established workflows and timelines aligned with merchandising and product launch calendars.

Submit and monitor assets through CreativeDrive and SFTP platforms, addressing discrepancies or delays.

Publish and update assets on the website through the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset uploads or data accuracy.

Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, project management, operations, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; SAP and MSI experience a plus.

Previous experience managing digital imagery or product data for eCommerce platforms preferred.

Passion for retail and curiosity to learn within a dynamic, creative team.
