We’re expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the way in shaping how our story is told.

What You’ll Do

Create standout visuals across print + digital: brochures, ads, social, video, case studies, and event signage.

Own Stubbe’s brand look and feel – ensuring consistency, professionalism, and creativity in every design.

Partner with our marketing strategist and content team to build cohesive campaigns that showcase Stubbe’s expertise and people.

Elevate our storytelling with motion graphics, video editing, and new design ideas.

What You Bring

5+ years of design experience (agency or in-house, construction/industrial a plus).

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.

Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling.

Video editing & motion design expertise.

Collaborative spirit + ability to manage multiple projects at once.
