We’re also seeking a PM Operations Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our busy delivery hub. Using your knowledge of transport and logistics, you’ll drive safety, efficiency, and performance across returns, driver bookings, and route optimisation.

You’ll partner with the Station Manager and Senior Supervisors to improve station performance and ensure every parcel reaches its destination on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee PM operations, including parcel returns and dispatch.

Utilise data to monitor KPIs and improve performance.

Support and train team members to build capability.

Maintain strong communication with Delivery Partners and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
