About the Role:

Join The Goddard School of Simpsonville (Five Forks) as a Pre K Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the minds of our curious 4-year-olds. This role offers a unique opportunity to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.

Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.

Encourage positive relationships among children and foster teamwork through group activities.

Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's development and progress.

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.

Stay updated on early childhood education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma

Some education in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.About Us:
