What Youll Be Doing

Lead the way Manage residential construction projects from the first day of demolition to the final walk-through. Help us create more sophisticated processes to improve customer experience.

Keep things moving Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors so everything runs smoothly, on budget and on schedule.

Stay on top of the details Track budgets, order materials, monitor progress, and make sure every project meets our high quality standards.

Solve problems on the fly Construction doesnt always go as planned. Youll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and keeping projects on course.

Work with people Homeowners, suppliers, and team members will look to you for updates, direction, and leadership.

What Were Looking For

A people person with strong social skills and a knack for building relationships.

Must have a valid drivers license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and pass a background check.

Experience

Solid residential construction project management experience.

Hands-on construction knowledge you know kitchen and bathroom remodeling and can speak the language of the jobsite.
