Account Manager OHSAA Sponsorship Sales

TPG is currently seeking an experienced, revenue-generating professional to join the team and assist with the generation and management of sponsorship sales around the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). The Account Manager will help drive additional revenue and manage activation at state championship events while maintaining and enhancing relationships with OHSAA staff, member schools, and corporate partners.
Responsibilities
Actively research and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and existing relationships.
Build relationships with prospective clients while servicing current accounts to provide repeat business.
Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
Work within TPGs CRM system and maintain accurate records of all accounts and prospects.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and help the team achieve its overall yearly sales goals.
Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions, and fan engagement strategies.
Manage inventory, including coordinating with sales executives on availability and ensuring seasonal and creative deadlines are met.
Utilize client objectives and goals to develop and research promotional platforms and partnership strategies.
Participate in game day events to showcase the high school sports experience with existing and potential sponsors.
Demonstrate strong collaboration and success orientation with the team.
Maintain flexible work hours, including weeknights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

Positive attitude and desire to succeed while having fun in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Passion for high school athletics.
Previous sales experience in high school, college, events, or sports conferences is preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Bachelors degree from an accredited four?year college or university.
