Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full fleet management: vehicles, quads, e-bikes & generators

Conduct inspections, service scheduling and quality control

Ensure all repairs, servicing and outsourced work meet the highest standards

Minimise downtime and improve fleet performance & safety

Maintain fuel records, service logs & maintenance procedures

Keep workshops organised, clean, safe & compliant

Manage budgets, stock controls, parts ordering & month-end admin

Maintain vehicle files, licensing, legal docs & invoicing accuracy

Lead, train, develop & discipline workshop staff

Uphold health & safety, legal compliance & world-class standards

Collaborate with lodge management, ranger trainers & operations

What You Bring:

Mechanical trade qualification (completed)

5+ years in a mechanical workshop

3–5 years management experience

Strong admin skills (Excel/Word)

Valid driver’s license & passport

Excellent English communication

Hands-on, organised, proactive, high integrity
