Pharmaceutical Project Manager

A reputable mechanical and construction team is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. This exciting role offers a balance of office and field work while managing vital client relationships and overseeing day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct small-to-midsize pharma and life sciences projects from initial concept to final completion.

Manage subcontractors across various disciplines (controls, electrical, insulation, balancing) while coordinating mechanical scopes of work.

Act as the primary liaison for client facility teams in GMP and manufacturing settings.

Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance activities.

Balance time effectively between the office and field, approximately 50/50.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 7-12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Background in mechanical contracting (HVAC, piping, plumbing) or general contracting with strong MEP coordination experience.

Experience with pharmaceutical or controlled-environment projects is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in using e-Builder, Microsoft Teams, and other digital project management tools.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.

Demonstrated stability and a proven track record of taking ownership of projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $100K to $140K, based on experience.

Annual bonus potential between $2,500 and $10,000.

$600 monthly vehicle allowance along with a gas card.

Flexible, hybrid work schedule with limited travel requirements.
