Job Opportunity: Intermediate Informatics Data Analyst

Qualified candidates must have Cogito Clarity Certification and meet all the required qualifications below. This position is remote but does require at least one in-person meeting per month in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
Develop SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and integrate data from multiple clinical and operational sources.
Create dashboards and visual reports in analytics tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI to present insights effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues in ad-hoc and automated reports.
Implement report automation and self-service analytics to empower our end users.
Develop clinical and operational knowledge to understand end-user workflows and effectively assess customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications and Specialized Knowledge
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields of study: Health Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related.
Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, manipulating large amounts of data, developing complex queries and analyses, managing multiple projects, preparing reports and presentations and working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Intermediate SAS programming skills or 1+ years utilizing SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (E.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
Effective communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
Proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Python and business intelligence tools are preferred.
