About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, to monitor and operate the CCTV and assist with client requests at our prestigious client sites on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications system

Liaise with Police and Emergency Response Services

Monitor and operate access control system

Process camera footage requests as per clients procedures

Respond to customer and staff after hour calls

Maintain security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss of recorded information

Assist client as required in the management of emergency situations

Undertake daily maintenance checks on all cameras and communication equipment

Skills & Experience

Certificate II in Security Operations

QLD Security Licence – Unarmed Security Officer and Monitoring Security Officer

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Current Drivers Licence

Have an advanced level of proficiency in all Microsoft applications

Have unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 roster
