Responsibilities
Safely deliver and pick up parts as directed by the Parts Manager
Load and secure parts to prevent damage, especially sheet metal and other fragile items
Organize and maintain an efficient delivery schedule, posting updates as needed
Keep delivery vehicle clean, presentable, and in proper working condition; promptly report any issues to the Parts Manager
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parts department and storage areas
Ensure all pickups and deliveries are verified with a purchase order on the invoice
Maintain accurate and timely updates to the delivery log
Perform other duties as needed to support the department
Willing to help and support parts department employees during daily shipping and receiving process
