Overview
In this impactful role as the Product Manager for Data Solutions, you will steer strategic product initiatives designed to modernize secure mail handling, imaging, and the digitization of essential business documents. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives through Agile (SAFe) practices, such as Program Increment Planning (PI Planning) and backlog refinement. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams, you will drive innovative and scalable solutions that cater to both federal and commercial clients.
Your technical proficiency in Agile tools, cloud platforms, and compliance frameworks is essential. As a leader within the department, you will cultivate a culture of innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000. Your starting base pay may vary based on your job-related experience and skills.
Work Location
This role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates residing within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters at 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI, working on-site 3 days a week. Remote work may also be an option in approved states including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT product management or relevant roles.
At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Extensive experience with SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager practices.
A proven history of managing large-scale enterprise IT products or portfolios.
Success leading product teams in an agile or hybrid environment.
Comprehensive understanding of:
Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management tools, and iterative delivery practices.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Agile product management and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
Financial management aptitude with product budget experience.
Influential communication to drive change across diverse teams.
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with enterprise IT platforms such as ERP, CRM, or healthcare systems.
Familiarity with document exchange formats and secure data handling.
Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations.
Understanding of workflow automation and system interoperability.
Knowledge of data protection standards like HIPAA and FedRAMP.
Familiarity with mailroom operations related to document imaging and processing.
