PRIMARY FUNCTIONS * Perform all functions with honesty and integrity.
* Liaison with owners/ architects/ engineers for the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
* Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site.
* Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
* Develop and manage the overall site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Ascension standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
* Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels.
* Oversee work among all trades to promote and coordinate project operations.
* Resolve local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor, and equipment schedules.
* Manage labor relations with subcontractors.
* Implement, review and approve mock-ups and associated testing.
* Assist with maintaining project budget.
* Assist in the billing process as it relates to Work-In-Place (WIP) and overseeing the monthly estimate of work completed, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payment applications.
* Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.
* Work with project staff on design changes.
* Communicate with all entities keeping everyone fully informed.
* May be required to facilitate meetings and or take meeting notes.
* Assume additional responsibilities as directed.

The Successful Applicant * 5 or more years experience as a lead Superintendent responsible for leading large project sites in one or more of the following areas: Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, or Large Scale Vertical Construction * Must be able to apply effective management techniques to maximize project performance.
* Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
and their impact on project activities is essential.
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills.
* Must have previous experience managing construction projects on large, complex and on multiple projects, scheduling and maintaining financial control of the project.
