Pay Rate: $20.33 per hour

Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Inbound call center experience.

Multitasking pro-handle inbound + outbound calls while navigating systems like a champ.

Talk to customers and help them find the right fit.

Assist with troubleshooting issues related to housing applications or accounts.

Keep the convo friendly, helpful, and on point.

Record and update customer interactions in the database.
