In this role, you'll connect with businesses, understand their needs, and present our staffing solutions, playing a key part in our growth.

** Inside Sales Representative Duties:**

Proactively reach out to potential clients (phone, email, etc.)

Build strong relationships with decision-makers

Present PrideStaff's value and schedule meetings

Maintain sales activity records

Collaborate internally to ensure client satisfaction

** Inside Sales Representative Qualifications**

Positive attitude and drive to succeed.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and navigating online systems

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus (but not required!)

Strong organization and time management

CRM familiarity (bonus)
