Compensation $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Coach USA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bus Painter to join our maintenance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our fleet of buses maintains a professional, clean, and appealing appearance that reflects the quality and pride of our company.

Responsibilities:

Prep for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Apply finishes according to manufacturer specifications.

Operate and maintain spray guns properly.

Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and paints.

Maintain a exceptionally clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with other technicians as needed to complete repairs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle painting.

Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and color-matching techniques.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
