Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a (position) to assist with our projects in (location)!
Key Responsibilities
Lead a one or two-person field crew
Use of Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and data collectors
Perform / oversee field work for topographic, boundary, roadway and ALTA Surveys
Conduct property legal research both online and at County government offices
Upload and download data collector files
Check field files & notes for accuracy and completeness
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience with the following is a plus, but not required:
Process topographic, boundary and ALTA Surveys using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer
Prepare construction staking materials, including point files
Although a Professional Surveyor license in the State of Ohio is not required; We are committed to supporting our team members in their professional growth and will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their Professional Surveyor License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GNSS data collection
Some experience with AutoCAD or Civil3D
Frequent travel will be required based on various projects based on client needs.
