Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Elena in Newport, TN. Ideal candidate has strong multifamily background and hands-on technical skills. EPA certification required.

Role Overview

• Lead and support maintenance team

• Complete and oversee repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.

• Ensure timely resident service requests, including on-call rotation

• Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)

• Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget

• Pool maintenance experience preferred

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience

• EPA and CPO certification required

• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills

• Ability to lead, train, and hold team accountable

• Customer-service focused
