Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or closely related field plus thereafter 5 years of progressively responsible experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: * Organic and conventional soil and substrate production * Low chill, evergreen, and organic high chill blueberry varieties * Blueberry market commercialization and packing * Fresh and frozen organic blueberry production in compliance with U.S.

safety regulations * All the following agricultural technologies for fertigation and agronomy improvement: Dron imagery, stem diameter sensors, lysimeters, soil moisture sensors, and digital tensiometers Requires Bilingual Spanish/English.
