Physican Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Job Details Job Location: CHC Mashpee - Mashpee, MA Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to support growing walk-in outpatient clinics in Mashpee and Bourne.

Duties include: * Diagnose and treat episodic illnesses, injuries, and conditions * Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary * Collaborate with primary care teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective Quality patient care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EPIC electronic health record.

* Perform specialized procedures such as administering injections, wound care . Qualifications Requirements: * Valid Nurse Practitioner/PA license in Massachusetts * Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines and clinical protocols * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team * Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy EPIC Electronic Health record a strong plus!
