The Vermilion Association for Special Education are seeking full or part-time speech language pathologists to fill open positions in rural districts in Vermilion County for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The current open positions do not require travel! Preschool aged students or ages preschool through high school also available.
The therapist will provide speech and language services to students ages 3-21. The Vermilion Association for Special Education employs 4 speech-language pathologists, so collaboration is consistent and convenient. Professional development opportunities within and outside of the cooperative are provided at no cost to the employees! .
A $2000 yearly stipend is awarded to those speech language pathologists holding their ASHA-CCCs. SLPs are placed at the MS+45 level on the salary schedule. $3,000 sign-on bonus. $1,500 retention bonus every three years.
