About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) specializing in lymphedema care. You will work closely with licensed therapists to deliver high-quality, hands-on treatment to patients with chronic lymphatic conditions, helping improve functional outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising PT or OT.

Provide direct hands-on care and therapeutic interventions for lymphedema management.

Collaborate with PTs or OTs to ensure consistent and effective patient care.

Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records.

Comply with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited PTA or OTA program.

Active Florida PTA or OTA license.

Minimum 1 year home health experience; lymphedema experience preferred.

Lymphedema certification (CLT) required.

Current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone near their residence, with occasional travel to nearby areas as needed to meet patient caseloads.

Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with occasional weekend flexibility.

No night or on-call requirements
