Job Title: Cafe Cook (No Nights or Weekends) Location: Crossings Cafe, Nationwide Headquarters at The Yard, Grandview, Ohio Schedule: Monday Through Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (with potential for additional hours based on business levels) Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour Job Description: Crossings Cafe, located in the Nationwide Building at The Yard in Grandview, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cafe Cook to join our team.

This role offers a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends, and additional hours may become available depending on business levels.

The Cafe Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and high-quality standards.

* Ensure the kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Assist with food prep and presentation to ensure consistent quality.

* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

* Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.

* Keep track of inventory and inform management of shortages or needed supplies.

* Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and correctly.

Qualifications: * Prior cooking or food preparation experience is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the potential for additional hours based on business levels.

* No nights or weekends required.
