Position: Client Relations Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Support customers with financial or transactional processes as required.
Provide guidance and information regarding the companys products and services.
Negotiate and maintain favorable terms and agreements with clients.
Develop and nurture strong, long-term business relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal in written. Good command in English
Proven experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Experience in sales, account management, or portfolio management is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, client-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
