Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and concerns
Provide basic product and service information
Process orders, billing, invoicing, and payments
Manage customer complaints, returns, and escalate issues as needed
Assist in bid preparations and ensure all orders are properly processed
Prepare and maintain various reports Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to work beyond regular office hours Preferred Qualifications:
Background in basic accounting
Experience in customer service
