Rol en verantwoordelijkheden

Je volgt een deeltijd hbo-traject: vier dagen per week werk je bij ASML, en één dag per week ga je naar school en volg je een studie in Bedrijfskunde of Finance & control.. Als Junior Business Analist help je mee om onze wereldwijde magazijnactiviteiten inzichtelijk te maken. Je verzamelt en combineert data, maakt rapportages en helpt managers bij het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen. Je werkt met verschillende teams samen en leert hoe je data omzet in waardevolle informatie.

Jouw taken zullen onder andere zijn:

Data verzamelen en combineren uit verschillende bronnen.

Informatie begrijpelijk presenteren aan collega’s en managers.

Rapportages maken die helpen bij het nemen van beslissingen.

Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van budgetten en voorspellingen.

Meedenken over hoe we processen kunnen verbeteren en automatiseren.

Zorgen dat we voldoen aan financiële regels en richtlijnen.

Continu verbeteren van onze rapportages en werkwijzen.

Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.

Je woont op maximaal 45-kilometer afstand van ASML.

Je voldoet aan de toelatingseisen om te starten aan een hbo-bachelor opleiding.

Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en denkt graag in oplossingen. Ook kun je goed omgaan met deadlines.

Je bent communicatief sterk en bent goed in het overtuigen van mensen.

Role and responsibilities

As an Apprentice Business Analyst, you’ll work four days a week at ASML and attend school one day a week to pursue your HBO degree in Business Administration or Finance & Control.

Your main responsibility is to help make our global warehousing operations more transparent and data-driven. You’ll collect and analyze data, create reports, and support managers in making informed decisions.

Your tasks will include:

Collecting and combining data from various sources.

Presenting data in a clear and understandable way to colleagues and managers.

Creating reports that support decision-making.

Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.

Ensuring compliance with financial rules and regulations.

Continuously improving our reporting tools and methods.

What we offer

A monthly gross salary between €2.550 and €2.800.
