With 300+ team members and growing, we're looking for a Business Transportation Insurance Producer to join our team in Dubuque, IA.

You don't need prior insurance or transportation experience-what you do need is the drive to build relationships, prospect for new business, and deliver solutions that make an impact.

We'll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to become a trusted advisor in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do: * Generate leads through professional networking, cold calling, community involvement, and client referrals.

* Build relationships with decision-makers and serve as a trusted insurance advisor to transportation-related businesses.

* Learn the ins and outs of the trucking and logistics industry and provide tailored risk management solutions.

* Partner with TRICOR's internal resources and carrier partners to deliver proactive, best-in-class service.

* Manage your own sales pipeline while leveraging TRICOR's brand, reputation, and support network.

* Maintain strong relationships with our top local, regional, and national carriers.

* Holds a Property & Casualty license-or is ready to earn one with our support.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
