Collaborative work environment with cutting-edge technology Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and develop circuits and systems for embedded applications.
Implement firmware using ANSI C and Embedded C for microcontrollers/microprocessors (Microchip or Nordic Semiconductor).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and firmware components effectively.
Perform low-power circuit design and analog circuit design for various applications.
Assist in PCBA layout and schematic design; familiarity with Altium is preferred.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
Conduct testing and validation of hardware and firmware designs.
Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to hardware and firmware performance. Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a closely related field.
Proven experience in circuit design and hardware/firmware development.
Proficiency in ANSI C programming.
Experience with Microchip and Nordic Semiconductor microcontrollers is preferred.
Familiarity with embedded data bus protocols (e.g., UART, CAN, SPI, I2C).
Strong understanding of embedded systems design and low-power design principles.
Experience in test engineering, including authoring verification procedures/protocols.
Knowledge of Zigbee and BLE wireless protocols is preferred.
Familiarity with medical software documentation (e.g., IEC 62304) is an advantage.
Knowledge of IPC standards (610 & 620) is preferred.
Experience with PCBA schematic capture and layout; Altium experience is preferred.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, YAML) is a plus.
Understanding of GUI design and user interface (UI) principles is a plus.
