How You Will Make a Difference:

Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, delivering high-quality and compassionate services.

Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility standards.

Adhere to all Federal, State, and Local regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Ensure that nursing personnel follow the established policies and procedures of the facility.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

Active LPN license in the state of residence.

Current CPR Certification.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficient assessment and documentation skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
