We are looking for highly skilled and experienced BI Data Analysts with AI/ML expertise to join our team. You will be reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence - GTM Data+AI. You will be responsible for:
Leveraging advanced SQL (including window functions) to analyze complex datasets and ensure efficient access to critical information
Providing strategic insights and analytics for GTM processes (L2O & Q2O), integrating adoption and business KPIs for AI Agents, and crafting impactful leadership narratives
Collaborating across teams (AI Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Product) to build and maintain unified organizational KPIs
Partnering with Data and AI engineering teams to develop comprehensive GTM Business Requirements, including functional/technical specs and data models
Applying advanced analytics, AI/ML concepts, and prompt engineering to optimize AI agents and automate GTM activities, enhancing efficiency
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5-6 years experience in advanced SQL, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale datasets
Proficient in developing Functional and Technical specifications and defining key Business success metrics/KPIs
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical and business requirements across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and data science, to align strategies and processes
Expertise in building custom in-house AI applications, leveraging best prompting techniques
Familiarity with and ability to apply basic AI/ML concepts to automate and enhance routine organizational processes
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Expertise in prompt engineering, including crafting and optimizing prompts for custom AI agents (e.g., SDR email, voice agents, text-to-SQL frameworks), and familiarity with langgraph architecture and LLM usage for text-to-SQL frameworks
Adept at identifying and standardizing analytical KPIs across departments to enhance clarity and drive better decision-making
Strong understanding of the Go-to-Market (GTM) landscape and processes, with experience in Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) frameworks and GTM KPI generation
