JDE E1 ERP Manager

JDEdwards Enterprise One and ERP Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented E1 Manager to manage our company's JDE EnterpriseOne ERP financial and manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for the technical design, development, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as well as assisting with strategy and implementation of systems in other areas. This role will ensure functional designs are stable, reliable, and scalable Information Technology systems.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Oversee JDE E1 ERP upgrades, enhancements, and patches, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand their requirements and develop solutions within E1

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.

Manage and mentor the JDE E1 financial and mfg team (internal and external) providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results, setting performance goals and evaluating progress.

Coordinate with third-party consultants for specialized support and system optimization.

Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies to ensure best practices

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

· Minimum 5 years of IT Leadership role

Minimum 10 years of experience supporting and developing Financial ERP systems, preferably with JDE / E1 experience

Strong understanding of ERP modules, with focus on Finance and Accounting

Leadership and project management experience in ERP environments.

Significant experience of managing a portfolio of projects or a complex program, with the ability to manage a changing portfolio with internal and external contractors.

Ability to manage vendor relationships and work cross-functionally.

Excellent technical knowledge and deep understanding of JD Edwards files and relationships as background to provide advice on data integrity issues.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
